  • Care Instructions

     

    When you do come around to cleaning it we recommend machine washing on a wool/delicate cycle at 30 degrees using wool detergent, a spin speed lower than 800RPM and then line drying. We do not advise tumble drying in any circumstances.

  • Shipping

     

    For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville, TN or Salt Lake City, UT on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS or USPS. This is a free service for all orders over $100 (pre sales tax), and will take 2-3 working days to reach you.

    Mattress orders will be delivered to you in 7-14 days with FedEx. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.

    Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

Truly Machine Washable

It's impossible to produce completely machine washable wool without using some form of treatment on the fiber. It is a complex process that requires a lot of skill and knowledge. We are pioneers of creating truly machine washable wool bedding and have been doing so since 2008.

Ordinarily, the combination of moisture, heat and movement in the washing machine will cause wool to felt and shrink. We've overcome this by bathing our British wool in a chlorine solution, which smooths out the natural barbs you find in wool (these are what cause untreated wool to shrink, clump and ultimately felt).

Very nice, similar to the deluxe pillow. It adds more support as well as pillow protection. Washes well. While it’s a nice addition, it’s not crucial you could easily use a pillow case.

Easy Clean

I didn’t want or find a need to spend extra money to purchase the washable pillows so I purchased these instead. I haven’t had to wash them yet so I hope they come out nicely when I do. The only thing is I wish they could have a zipper closing!

These Wool Pillow Protectors Are Awesome!

These wool pillow protectors are awesome. They have brought some of my older pillows back to life. I added one to a new pillow to add softness and help with heat. These are thick and comfy and perfect for new or old pillows. I would definitely recommend these.

Nice Cover To Plump Up Flat Pillow

It's working well to add some structure to an older flattened out pillow, standard size. I tried to fit a "normal" pillow in it but the result was much too firm. I think the inner dimensions are a bit smaller than standard pillowcase dimensions.

A Bit Too Close Fitting

This protector is beautiful quality and very well made however it fits so closely that even with the wool removed to make my Wool Room pillow flatter it holds it too plump for me so not using the protector. I tried it on another pillow which is also a flatter one and same effect. A little disappointed but since my pillow and its wool are washable shouldn't be a problem down the road.

Fantastic! Will Be Buying More.

It took a lot of searching to find a pillow protector made from natural fabrics, that was good quality and nice and padded. This ticked all the boxes for me, including the wool being traceable.I bought two to try out, but will gradually buy more of these, to go on all 4 pillows on our bed, and 4 on our guest bed.We'll be shopping here for other items as well.
