Please do not machine wash or dry clean this mattress topper as you may damage the product.
Shipping

For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville, TN or Salt Lake City, UT on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS or USPS. This is a free service for all orders over $100 (pre sales tax), and will take 2-3 working days to reach you.

Mattress orders will be delivered to you in 7-14 days with FedEx. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.

Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

Guaranteed Cooler Sleep

The Wooly Topper provides a far great level of breathability and moisture management which will result in an improved quality of sleep due to the lack of foam, latex or synthetic fibers. Wool will move significantly more moisture and heat than other fibers and this coupled with the coils will deliver a cooler sleep and also increase the lifespan of the mattress significantly as latex and foam has the potential to breakdown when exposed to moisture for a period of time.

As with our wool bedding, wool adjusts to the sleepers body temperature to help manage humidity and temperature resulting in a more comfortable night's sleep.

Naturally Flame Retardant - No Chemicals Used

Most toppers will use an FR sock or barrier (which is synthetic) or flame retardant chemicals to meet the local laws on flammability. The Wooly has incorporated knowledge learnt from nearly 40 years legal requirements in the UK on flammability and uses the natural flame retardancy of wool (high nitrogen content stops it burning) in the surface fillings and the cover to meet all requirements (CFR 1632 and CFR 1633) naturally.

Our mattress toppers are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified meaning they are free from harmful chemicals and suitable for use with young children.
