    For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville, TN or Salt Lake City, UT on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS or USPS. This is a free service for all orders over $100 (pre sales tax), and will take 2-3 working days to reach you.

    Mattress orders will be delivered to you in 7-14 days with FedEx. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.

    Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

I am very pleased with the pillow, it is firm, as advertised, and it is so comfortable for a side sleeper like me! Really nice packaging! I couldn't believe how quickly it arrived, just a few days from England to Washington State - faster than a package arrives from somewhere in the states. Great quality! I originally ordered the organic wool pillow for my husband and I. I loved my pillow but unfortunately, my husband did not. I reached out to woolroom and they offered to exchange the organic wool pillow for the classic pillow. Stating it felt more like a "standard" pillow. The wool in this pillow cannot be adjusted and the pillow is quite firm. Unfortunately, my husband still did not like the pillow. I contacted woolroom and asked for a refund. After about a week of emailing customer service back and forth, they informed me the pillow cannot be returned under their policy since it was offered as an exchange. Woolroom was deceitful in how this order was handled and should have been upfront in the exchange policy when offering a solution, instead they found a way to keep my money even when I was unsatisfied with their product and they advertise a 14 day return policy. I will not purchase from them again. Be careful when you order from a shady company.

Good support for sidelying. I switch between sleeping on my side and on my stomach, and this wool pillow is the perfect support for sleeping on my side. It's too thick for sleeping on my stomach, but I use a thinner pillow for that.

I like my pillows they are very comfortable, I wouldn't necessarily say they are cooling but I am a very hot sleeper, I can flip it over and the other side is nice and cool.

I find these pillows to be very comfortable and soft. They are the right height and density for my neck and shoulders. The wool is not lumpy and there is no odor. (I'm primarily a side sleeper.) I'm giving the pillows 4 stars because I don't love the quilted outer shell. It's very thick.

Firm, yet comfortable, does take a bit to break in with plenty of filling for a loft that is supportive for back sleepers. I do find sleeping on the side and stomach a bit more challenging, however since this is still a couple weeks into use I do acknowledge that this fiber will take a bit more time to adjust the more we use it. Unlike down, which I still use, it does provide a natural loft that is natural and will not break down and need replacing as I am typically very hard on pillows. I expect these to last a very long time and to give me years of use. Thank you.

Love the idea of a wool pillow, and everything this stands for! However, it has been just over 2 months of my husband and I sleeping with these pillows and we’ve both decided we can no longer do it. The wool gets quite matted down and so the pillows are surprisingly hard. With a good fluff they return to a decent plush but it’s not like a down that just stays fluffy. We’ve both been experiencing terrible neck kinks which is not normal for either of us. I am obsessed with anything wool and only buy and use natural fibres so was very intrigued by these pillows but sadly they aren’t panning out for us.
