This material is not soft at all. Not like that crispy cotton material either, It feels like a blend. The color is also not “almond” it’s a very light shade of pink/lavender. It especially stands out next to my taupe/grey bedding. Since I opened and used it to try and get over the color and after waiting a month to finally get my bedding, I wasn’t allowed to return.

Fits our woolroom all-season wool comforter perfectly. Material feels luxurious and soft.

Terrible company!! They say they take returns, but don’t you dare take the product out of the packaging to look at it and feel it. They will not let you return it!!!!! I will NEVER order from them again!!!

Soft, satiny cotton. Washes and dries easily in a home machine. Color was as shown on website.

I love the color and fabric feels high quality. However, the lack of ties on the inside is an absolute nightmare. I have to adjust the comforter every single night because it folds over on itself and gets out of place (and yes it’s a wool room comforter). Why would you put a place to tie on the comforter but not on the duvet cover? Makes no sense at all and not worth the money for the inconvenience.

I value the quality of Woolroom products, but I am disappointed in the customer service and shipping policies. I am a 2 time customer in the last year and have spent almost $1500 on a wool mattress cover, duvet comforters, a duvet cover, and a sheet set. After loving breathability and healthy materials of my queen sized mattress cover and duvet insert, I made a second order for my king sized bed. I live in AK and have to pay for my shipping, which was $175 on my 2nd order. I was not informed that stock was low when I purchased and no part of my order shipped for 9 days, for the first portion, and then 28 days for the second portion. The only warning I received from Woolroom customer service was 4 days after my order was placed, apologizing for a delay in delivering, but providing no updated delivery dates. Once I received my entire order almost 30 days later I was disappointed to find that the color of the sheets were not as displayed on the website and the duvet cover does not have string stays built in that match the strings on the duvet insert. This was not indicated on the details of the product advertised on the website, and I did not think I needed to Reddit that information if I am buying the duvet comforter (which has tie points for string stays) and cover from the same company. Because I live in Alaska the 30, 60, 90 day try and pay later as well as the paid shipping for returns if unsatisfied do not apply to me. I am unhappy with the product but cannot return over $600 worth of duvet cover and sheet sets without spending another $300 on shipping and another month of waiting for my products to arrive when the actual shipping only took 1-2 days in transit. My initial emails to WoolRoom customer care resulted in apologies for shipping delays with no offer to reimburse any of my shipping costs or extend the return policy. Disappointed to say the least.

I ordered this comforter cover to go with my deluxe wool comforter. I was hoping the color would match the comforter, and it does. The fabric is lightweight and not bulky. My only complaint is that it does have ties, which is odd because the the comforter has loops for ties. I had to sew ties on using twill tape.

Works perfectly for my Wool comforter that I bought! Quite happy I bought it.

Great cotton comforter cover

Fits the comforter great! I wish it had ties in the corners though to keep it on the comforter easier. The comforter itself has the areas to tie but the matching duvet cover does not have the ties to connect.

The colour is exactly what I had hoped for, the fit onto the duvet is roomy, the texture of the fabric is very pleasant ( I'm picky about texture) and the packaging was classy.
I will recommend you.

Nothing beats the cool, crispness of 100% cotton percale. I only wish it had ties inside the corners to keep the insert in place.

Arrived quickly, perfect vanilla color, very soft, lack of attachment ties in corners made for a frequently shifting comforter and I plan to attach my own, along with a one of the closure buttons that fell off when I opened the package. BTW: I hate to sew! I knew about the lack of ties from reading previous reviews, but the cover was on sale, and I thought it possibly would function OK without them. The packaging was minimal, with the exception of the inner plastic covering the cover. If it weren't for that plastic the packaging would be perfect. I love the Woolroom comforter that will eventually go inside the cover, and ultimately, I highly recommend their business.

I love that it fits the comforter exactly, eliminating the need for ties. I had to train my husband how to pull the covers up properly to keep the layers together, but after that, we had no issues.

The cover is made of good quality cotton. It doesn't feel too warm.

I had to sew ties into the inner corners so the insert stays stable inside the cover. This should be added to the design. The fabric is a bit thin and the colors very faint. I wonder about the durability, but I do appreciate that it is organic and certified.

The quality of the duvet is great, but the almond color has a pink hue. I want to make it work, but it's just too pink.

Does the job and feels nice

I purchased an all season duvet (combo) and this duvet cover. I love the duvet. The cover is well made, but as noted by others, lacks ties. First, yes, I understand this is a UK product and the UK doesn't typically use ties. Second, I realize it's intended to fit snugly. Third, it needs ties - so do UK duvets/covers. That why everyone is mentioning it. I picked up a few covers from Amazon - they're GOTS organic, have ties, and work great. If your customers keep highlighting an issue, it's because it's an issue.
