Shipping
For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville, TN or Salt Lake City, UT on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS or USPS. This is a free service for all orders over $100 (pre sales tax), and will take 2-3 working days to reach you.
Mattress orders will be delivered to you in 7-10 days with FedEx. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.
Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.
One problem; you shipped my next order from your Ottawa location to me by Canadian mail and it is stuck in the middle of a postal strike.
These sheets are lovely to sleep on! I loved it so much I bought more, and added pillowcases. Extremely well made, comfortable, nice deep pockets that fire our extra deep mattress, which is unusual in other sheets. Also love the way the pillow cases have a Title envelope fold so your pillow is well tucked inside of it.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. We're so glad that you're happy with your purchase.Kind regards,Woolroom
Hi there, I have had my queen basic for 2 weeks now, with a protector on top. LOVE the coolness. I am a hot sleeper and my husband is as well. We love it. Might upgrade the mattress though as its pretty firm, a bit softer top would be nice as well. Very happy with purchase and customer service as well. Mattress was delivered sooner than expected to Canada too !

Soft to sleep on, substantive in weight. Love the fitted sheet, it stays in place on my mattress, and I've slept much better since purchasing.
