Shipping

For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville, TN or Salt Lake City, UT on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS or USPS. This is a free service for all orders over $100 (pre sales tax), and will take 2-3 working days to reach you.

Mattress orders will be delivered to you in 7-10 days with FedEx. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.

Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

The products were rough and scratchy. We tried washing them to soften them, but that didn’t work. We requested a return, but they refused. The copy states a 14-day return policy, but we only had them for 5 days when we requested the return. They claimed that washing them voided the return, despite the fact that we never slept on them. We will never purchase from this store again. The marketing copy differs from the Terms and Service conditions. Read carefully.

I ordered a “set” of king sheets but my order arrived missing the fitted sheet. Many emails back and forth resulted in no resolution other than being told that this “set” didn’t include a fitted sheet and they no longer made this colour.
