    For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville, TN or Salt Lake City, UT on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS or USPS. This is a free service for all orders over $100 that will take 2-3 working days to reach you.

    Mattress orders will be delivered to you in 7-10 days with FedEX. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.

    Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

The Wooly Mattress collection combines independent coil technologies together with different layers of hand-picked organic British wool types. Using the very latest coil technology the mattress offers an exceptional level of support that memory foam or latex cannot match whilst offering improved breathability.

Unlike many other mattresses, our mattress collection is free of foams, synthetics, glues/adhesives, petrochemicals and chemical flame retardants. Every component of the mattress is recyclable, breathable, eco-friendly and ethically sourced to provide the ultimate comfort to you and sustainability for our planet.

Naturally Flame Retardant - No Chemicals Used

Most mattresses will use an Flame Retardant (FR) sock or barrier (which is synthetic) or FR chemicals to meet the local laws on flammability. The Luxury Wooly has incorporated knowledge learnt from nearly 40 years of strict legal requirements in the UK on flammability and uses the natural flame retardancy of wool (high nitrogen content stops it burning) in the surface fillings and the cover to meet all domestic FR requirements (CFR 1632 and CFR 1633) naturally.


Our mattresses are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified meaning they are free from harmful chemicals and suitable for use with young children.

Not only is the wool we buy grown responsibly, but the sheep and the land they live on have also been expertly cared for and each of our farmers are carefully audited to ensure the highest levels (UK Animal welfare act of 2007) of animal husbandry.

Superior Temperature Regulation

Our wool mattress collection provides a far greater level of breathability and moisture management than other mattress types resulting in an improved quality of sleep as no foam, latex or synthetic fibers are used. Wool will move significantly more moisture and heat than other fibers and this coupled with the coils will deliver a cooler sleep and also increase the lifespan of the mattress significantly as latex and foam has the potential to breakdown when exposed to moisture for a period of time.

As with our wool bedding, wool adjusts to the sleepers body temperature to help manage humidity and temperature resulting in a more comfortable night's sleep. A wool mattress is the perfect choice for anyone looking to stay cool throughout the night.
