Shipping

For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville, TN or Salt Lake City, UT on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS or USPS. This is a free service for all orders over $100 (pre sales tax), and will take 2-3 working days to reach you.

Mattress orders will be delivered to you in 7-14 days with FedEx. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.

Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

Wonderful sleeping experience. Partner and have differing sleep comfort levels; she sleeps hotter and I sleep cooler. It’s amazing what a good set of sheets will do. We purchased a mattress protector, comforter and sheet set and are very satisfied.

Hello Devin, thank you for sharing your experience! We’re delighted your new sheets, mattress protector, and comforter are helping you both sleep comfortably despite your different temperature preferences. We truly appreciate your support!

Best regards,
