    Care Instructions:

    • Our mattress toppers will need to be spot cleaned using a damp cloth with a wool detergent.
    • Please do not machine wash or dry clean this mattress topper as you may damage the product.

  • Shipping

     

    For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville, TN or Salt Lake City, UT on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS or USPS. This is a free service for all orders over $100 (pre sales tax), and will take 2-3 working days to reach you.

    Mattress orders will be delivered to you in 7-14 days with FedEx. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.

    Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

A layer of ethically sourced, traceable British wool protects the underside of the mattress topper and provides a solid foundation for the micro-coils and wool fillings above.

The outer fabric is quilted with the wool comfort layer to hold the natural organic wool fillings in place stopping any movement of fibers.

Wool's natural flame retardancy provides a fire retardant cover that is chemical free and passes all flammability laws (CFR 1632 & 1633) without the need for chemical treatments.

Natural Talalay Latex - Superior Material

Natural Talalay latex provides uplifting support to your spine and bottomless pressure relief for your shoulders and hips. When you rest your body on a Talalay latex topper, your body will be cradled as the topper conforms to you, giving you a more buoyant and supportive feel.

The superior airflow of the open cell structure from Natural Talalay latex offers exceptional temperature regulation performing 2 x better than Dunlop latex and 5 x better than memory foam toppers. Guaranteed Cooler Sleep

The Latex Topper provides a high level of breathability and moisture management which will result in an improved quality of sleep due to the lack of foam or synthetic fibres. Wool will move significantly more moisture and heat than other fibres and this coupled with the micro-coils will deliver a cooler sleep. It also increase the lifespan of the topper significantly synthetics and foam has the potential to breakdown when exposed to moisture for a period of time. As with our wool bedding, wool adjusts to the sleepers body temperature to help manage humidity and temperature resulting in a more comfortable night's sleep

Naturally Flame Retardant - No Chemicals Used

Most toppers will use an FR sock or barrier (which is synthetic) or flame retardant chemicals to meet the local laws on flammability. The Wooly has incorporated knowledge learnt from nearly 40 years legal requirements in the UK on flammability and uses the natural flame retardancy of wool (high nitrogen content stops it burning) in the surface fillings and the cover to meet all requirements (CFR 1632 and CFR 1633) naturally.

Do you feel you would purchase a topper from us again?: No

I really wanted to love this. But this topper is disappointing and uncomfortable. I felt confident in ordering from Woolroom because I’ve had nothing but good experiences in the past. However, after sleeping on this topper ONE time WITH the required Woolroom mattress protector (purchased at a different time) I realized this wasn’t the right topper for me. I contacted Woolroom to start the return process and was denied the ability to return the latex wooly topper since I didn’t purchase the protector in the same order - even though I provided my order number of the Woolroom mattress protector that I bought previously. I absolutely would NOT have bought a $700+ topper if I had known Woolroom would be completely unreasonable. Why would I purchase a mattress protector I already have??? I had higher expectations with this company and thought they would be understanding. Sick to know I just wasted $730.

The topper is wonderful. I offers a supportive, buoyant experience. We had the topper with the microcoils which, although comfortable at the beginning, developed an uncomfortable sag. Hopefully, this version will last longer.

I am so impressed with my plush topper. First thing I notice, NO SMELL. I am so sensitive to the smells one finds so often in bedding that one purchases. Secondly, so luxurious in feel. The topper turned my bed into a good as new plush mattress. I bought the latex with the wool on top. I went with the thicker one because I'm a side sleeper and wanted comfort for my hip joints, something you need at 72yrs. So glad I made the purchase. It is a little heavy. I had my husband help me with it.

Very good quality so far. We had purchased a new medium expensive bed that neither the wife or I could sleep on because it was too firm. This topper solved that. It made our bed comfortable to sleep in. Only struggle is because of the weight of the topper it increases the effort to tuck the sheets when making the bed. I imagine this density is in part what makes it so comfortable so I wouldn't change the weight. We are just adapting to making the bed.

Debated buying it because it was $1200 when I bought it (on sale today). I tend to have shoulder pain and have had a hard time trying to find a topper that worked. I am a big fan of latex pillows so I decided to give it a shot. I am glad I did because it’s worth every penny. To get the return warranty (100 day trial), you have to buy the mattress pad. I believe I paid almost $200 for it. However, the topper arrived within a week and the pad arrived 3 weeks or so later. This may be an issue for those who purchase the topper and decide not to keep it.

Love This Topper

I love this mattress topper. I bought the wooly latex topper and have not had any more problems with waking up drenched in sweat or extremely hot like I used to before purchasing this. I have a Purple Brand mattress and not only is it extremely uncomfortable and too firm but it sleeps very hot. I no longer have these issues thanks to the Wooly Latex Mattress topper from Woolroom.
