    For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville, TN or Salt Lake City, UT on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS or USPS. This is a free service for all orders over $100 (pre sales tax), and will take 2-3 working days to reach you.

    Mattress orders will be delivered to you in 7-14 days with FedEx. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.

    Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

Adjustable Wool Filling

Each Washable Wool Pillow features the unique ability to adjust the amount of wool filling inside the pillow. This allows you to create the perfect feel tailored to your sleeping style.

For a softer feel, remove some of the wool filling from the pillow which will lower the height, offering less resistance.

For a firmer feel, add an extra bag of wool filling to your order and add this into the pillow. This creates a denser, higher pillow designed to be firmer and offer even more support.

The pillow shape is comfortable but it is floppy and goes flat easily because of the amount of wool inside. If you want a firmer pillow, you will have to spend $55 more for extra wool. My experience trying to resolve this issue with their customer service was very disappointing because even though my pillow was *below* their standard weight — meaning it had less wool than normal — it still fell within their “margin of error” so I was told my only option was to buy more wool. I will not purchase from this company again.

Well made, quality materials. Really wanted to like it. Unfortunately, it is just too firm for my comfort. I'm a side sleeper, and I like to tuck my arm under the pillow, but it's too firm and puts too much pressure on my arm. Customer service was good, they offered suggestions like fluffing the filling and reducing the filling. Ultimately I have decided to return it. But would consider other products in the future.

I didn’t know my neck hurt until I got this pillow. Right away I noticed that I’m sleeping with fewer interruptions and waking up with better mobility.

It’s also very fun to be able to unzip the pillow and fluff up the wool.

I'm in my 2nd trimester of pregnancy and the first night I received the pillow I thought it was good, but it has been a month now and the pillow is deflated and is now causing back aches. I cant' return it since they only give you 14 days.

DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU ARE PREGNANT. Too expensive and now I'm stuck with an uncomfortable expensive pillow.

My husband and I are both side sleepers. I have shoulder and neck issues, he has just neck issues. We’ve tried everything, from super expensive organic feather pillows n all firmnesses to organic latex side sleepers (cutout) pillows. The cutout pillows helped a bit but not enough. Enter the Woolroom V-Shape Pillow.
PERFECTION!!! Thank goodness! He loved his just as it came, I had to remove a bit of the wool fluff filling to get mine just right. I haven’t known life without shoulder pain for several years, but now I do. His neck pain…gone. Another benefit is that I used to need a second pillow to rest my arm on. The V-Shaped pillow meets that need as well! It is a strange-looking thing, but we are beyond thankful that we gave it a try!

I am a back sleeper and have enjoyed this pillow. It's not too firm and is comfortable for my neck and back. The pillow is well made and if it were too firm I could easily remove some of the wool to customize it. I also got the 'V' shaped pillowcase for this pillow but did not like that. I don't recommend the pillowcase because it is much too tight.

Incredibly high maintenance pillow and expensive once you buy the cover for it. I’m never ordering from this company again. They say you can make returns, but not if you even touch the product out of the packaging. I ordered a duvet and cover for it, well the duvet doesn’t have corner ties for the corner loops their comforters have, so you can’t attach them. I tried to do a return and they won’t let me!! I barely even touch the cover! I didn’t use it or wash it. So upset!

I was expecting a larger plushV shaped pillow. It was quite small. The sides of the V to me were almost adequate for a toddlers bed. I could have returned but I took all of the tags off not thinking right when it arrived. So my bad.

I was so excited to receive this pillow after someone recommended for neck pain but i was disappointed. I don’t feel like it is anything special for the price. It is rather flat and doesn’t offer me much support and i am unable to return. Just not worth it for the price.

You are meant to open these and separate the wool to fluff it up, the wool inside comes tightly compacted and you can add or remove wool and fluff it to make it soft and adjustable for your position, these do have a 30 night sleep trial from the date they are delivered as well.

The pillows have no give. The shape is great but I have used it for just over a week and it hurts my neck. I even removed some of the wool to help with the give and was hopeful it would help but hasn’t. For the price I am not happy with the purchase.

I bought this for best friend. He has shoulder, hip and back arthritis. This pillow relieves the feeling of discomfort that he has when he sleeps. He sleeps more soundly. Less tossing and turning. He loves the versatility of this strange shaped pillow. He loves it!
