For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville, TN or Salt Lake City, UT on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx, UPS or USPS. This is a free service for all orders over $100 (pre sales tax), and will take 2-3 working days to reach you.

Mattress orders will be delivered to you in 7-14 days with FedEx. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.

Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.

Love this so much. Helps my babies sleep comfortably. It's got enough fluff to it that it adds a bit of comfort to the mattress without adding a suffocation risk. I fell in love with wool mattress protectors when I was overheating so badly and after trying numerous "cooling" protectors, only Woolroom's wool protector actually helped me stay cool. I can't recommend them enough!

Hello,

Thank you for your fantastic feedback! We're delighted to hear that the protector is helping your babies sleep comfortably. It's wonderful to know that it provides an extra layer of softness and comfort while still meeting your needs.

We're especially pleased to hear about your own positive experience. Knowing that our wool mattress protector succeeded where other 'cooling' protectors did not is exactly why we're so passionate about the natural benefits of wool.

Thank you for your recommendation and for choosing Woolroom for both yourself and your family.

Many thanks,

Woolroom
