Deluxe Washable Wool Duvet: Care Instruction

We recommend machine washing on a wool/delicate cycle at 40 degrees using wool detergent, a spin speed lower than 800RPM and then line drying. We do not advise tumble drying. This product is not suitable for vacuum storage.

For all orders that contain bedding or accessories, it will ship from our US distribution center in Knoxville, TN or Salt Lake City, UT on a 2-3 day ground service using FedEx or UPS. This is a free service for all orders over $100 that will take 2-3 working days to reach you.

Mattress orders will be delivered to you in 7-10 days with FedEX. Your tracking number will be provided to you once your items have been dispatched from our distribution center. As we believe our products are of a significant value we require a signature for all orders. In certain circumstances this signature has been waivered for a contactless delivery.

Please note that in exceptional circumstances your order may be fulfilled from elsewhere. This may go via a different courier to FedEx or UPS. This will not affect the delivery time or experience in any way. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, please use an alternative address or your order may result in a failed delivery.
